The Innersanctuary of CNY

We host Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

We offer Kundalini Yoga and traditional Hatha (Vinyasa, Gentle, Chair and Restorative) yoga classes.

In addition, other healing and massage services offered by The InnerSanctuary of CNY assist in the discovery of one's own unique being and honors its uniqueness. Programs promote a sense of self-confidence, build competency in dealing with stressful situations and give new options in dealing with emotional conflicts. At The InnerSanctuary we look deeper into the total human being to create an empowered mind, body and spirit.
