Guru Ram Das Ashram

Guru Ram Das Ashram Kundalini Yoga Center, is the "mother ashram" of Kundalini Yoga in Greece, founded in 1999, initially by Hari Simran Singh Khalsa (from Italy) and Amar Dev Kaur Marina Ktisti (from Greece) under the guidance and blessings of Yogi Bhajan, master of KY, the one who brought it to the West. Since 2002, after their life's separation, Hari Simran Singh Khalsa, went back to Italy, and the Ashram has been runned by Amar Dev Kaur Marina Ktisti,Greek Lead Professional Trainer, KRI, IKYTA.

The Ashram is aiming in introducing in to the greek community all aspects possible of the vast teachings of Yogi Bhajan: Kundalini Yoga for all levels, Teachers' Training, Yoga fro Pregnancy, Yoga for Children, Theory & Philosophy, Healing Traditions, Sikh Dharma Studies, Spiritual Theatre, Supporting Addicted Program etc. Great importance is given in to keeping the purity of the teachings, by collaborating with teachers who meet the standards.
