Ysraelia Garbutt-Sullivan (IzzyJi)

Ysraelia is a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and local musician/singer. She works in Security Administration and enjoys teaching meditation and breathing techniques that can be used in workplace/corporate settings to help with reducing anxiety and stress, as well as increasing focus, productivity and calm.
She was born with a condition that causes her knees to dislocate without warning. Practicing yoga has helped strengthen her physically, mentally and spiritually. As a larger-bodied person with physical limitations, her passion is to make yoga accessible to all and show others how they can modify poses when and if needed.

When not on her yoga mat or tickling the ivories, Ysraelia enjoys attending concerts/plays, reading, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family, especially her husband Kevin.
