Ysraelia Garbutt-Sullivan (IzzyJi)

Ysraelia Sullivan is a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and local musician/singer. She also plays organ and piano at several churches throughout the Chicagoland area.
She was born with a condition that causes her knees to dislocate without warning, and feels that practicing yoga has helped strengthen her physically, mentally and spiritually. As a larger-bodied person with physical limitations, her passion is to make yoga accessible to all and show others how they can modify poses when and if needed.

When not on her yoga mat or tickling the ivories, Ysraelia enjoys attending concerts/plays, reading, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family, especially her husband Kevin and their fur-baby Benny.
