Sach Dharam Kaur (Sophia Zayfman)

I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2014 and have been practicing it ever since. I became a Kundalini Yoga teacher (Level 1) in May 2017. I feel so much gratitude for these teachings and Kundalini Yoga technology, so I continued on this path to complete Level 2, and Level 3 (in progress), and also moving through Aquarian Teacher Academy. In addition to being a Kundalini yoga teacher, I help my family, clients, and friends to focus on improving their physical fitness and offer holistic nutritional guidance along with it. I believe that my approach is truly wholistic: body, mind, and Heart connected to the Soul.
