DR. SANDRA SLUBERSKI teaches at the Online Yoga School through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center, the Hochstein School in Rochester, NY, and Mythic Treasures in Henrietta, NY. Introduced to yoga in 2010, she began daily practice in 2016 and completed teacher training in 2021 through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center under the guidance of Steph Ball-Mitchell. Her focus is on yoga mythology integration into vinyasa structuring. She's also a Kirtan leader, using harmonium and singing bowls, and earned her Level One Kundalini teacher training with Yogi Mehtab and Guru Karam. She's the author of Taking Myths to the Mat, companion book to her YACEP of the same name offered through the Online Yoga School; the book is available on Amazon & Kindle, with the audio version now available on Audible.

Her OYS (Online Yoga School) offerings include:

• themed 2- and 3-hour yoga workshops; these include The Ramayana, Chanting in Sanskirt, the Nine Forms of Durga, Sun Reflections, Moon Reflections, Seasons of Yoga (separate workshops for Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter), the Thankful Yogi, the Ten Avatars of Vishnu, and others
• over 200 one-hour Yoga Mythology class videos online through OYS, and teaches a new live YM class weekly on Wednesdays at 12 PM EST.

She's appeared as soloist in concert nationally and internationally, with over 70 opera, oratorio, concert and musical theatre roles to her credit, and holds M.M. and D.M. degrees in voice performance from Florida State University's College of Music. She's , in her 24th year on the voice faculty at The Hochstein School, honored with their Faculty Service Award in 2013 and Faculty Excellence Award in 2019. She provides voice-over talent and audition coaching for commercial/media venues through SBS Vocalworx & West Rush Media LLC, and is listed for booking on Backstage.com. She's married to Dave Sluberski, professor of audio at the Rochester Institute of Technology's School of Film & Animation / MAGIC Spell Studios, and recording engineer for the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. When not behind a mic or a piano, Sandra is on the yoga mat, or enjoying her pet Silkie hens, or is in the garage working on cars with Dave, who enjoys being married to a yogini.
