My journey to Kundalini Yoga began in 2012 when I was listening to a webinar by Gabby Bernstein in which she spoke about Kundalini Yoga. I remember making a "note" on my iPhone on June 10, 2012 to be exact. I googled the internet to see if there was any local Kundalini Yoga classes in my area and there was none. The quote states when the student is ready the teacher appears. Fast forward to 2015, once again Kundalini Yoga was brought to my awareness, and once again I found myself googling the internet to find local classes. This time was different. I found my teacher in Bonita Springs, Florida. The distance was about 45 to 50 minutes away but I traveled to her classes each Tuesday morning. The moment I practiced Kundalini Yoga it touched the core of my soul. I would attend Winter Solstice in 2015 and begin attending the White Tantric Yoga Meditations held in Davie, Florida in April. I knew I wanted to share the yoga of awareness in my community. Today I offer one on one private classes in my office. I am looking to open my studio to share this amazing yoga of awareness. I am a transformational practitioner, spiritual life coach, hypnotherapist, and Reiki Master Teacher, Womb Energy Professional, and angelic healing practitioner. Finding Kundalini Yoga was a life changer for my well being. I look forward to connecting with you.
