Puranbir Kaur (Julie Gruet)

Julie Gruet _ Puranbir Kaur, was born in Switzerland in 1972. Passionate about Yoga, Ayurveda, philosophies and Eastern spiritual practices, carried out from numerous trainings, retreats, courses and travels in India. Expatriate in Mozambique an South Africa since 2009, she studied and practiced Raja Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Primal Yoga and especially Kundalini Yoga. Certified Professor, "Aquarian Teacher" by KRI Kundalini Research Institute, since 2015, she devotes herself to practice, study, and teachings of this technique. She is back in Switzerland since 2017 and offers weekly courses and workshops over week-ends in Le Locle, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Fleurier et Neuchâtel.
