Harjot Kaur (Kathryn Livingston-Kriegler)

Harjot Kaur (Kathryn Livingston) completed her Kundalini Yoga teacher training at Aquarian Yoga Center in Montclair, NJ with Gurudass Kaur Khalsa. She has been practicing yoga for more than a decade and also enjoys Vinyasa and Iyengar styles. Kundalini yoga, however, is the practice that "speaks to her soul." Harjot is the author of the memoir Yin, Yang, Yogini about her transformation through yoga. She blogs for Spirit Voyage. Harjot teaches in New Jersey at Montclair Kundalini Yoga.
