I have been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1977. I am honored to have been one of the people who personally studied with Yogi Bhajan for many years. I travel extensively around the world giving workshops on a wide range of spiritual themes, particularly Love and Marriage, Courage and Commitment, Warrior/Saint, Death and Dying and How to be a Spiritual Advisor. I am also well-known as a personal, couples and spiritual counselor.
