HarDarshan has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation since 1985, and is a Lead Teacher Trainer. She is certified Level one, Level Two, and Level Three,and offers Level One and Level Two trainings at Mata Shakti Ashram in Chapel Hill, NC
Weekly classes and monthly workshops are held in the Triangle area of North Carolina. HarDarshan is also available to travel to you to offer special workshops and trainings.
HarDarshan is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, using the technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with issues like anxiety and depression. This service is offered via phone for those outside of Chapel Hill, NC.
