Har Anand Kaur (Holly Devine)

<p>Personal Thesis &amp;/or History<br /> Holly completed her 200 hour teacher training in Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh and is a certified Shakti Dance instructor.&nbsp; She has practiced yoga for over 30 years. Holly started Kids Kundalini Yoga as a community project in 2004 and it has been teaching yoga to kids and adults ever since. She has a California Teaching Credential in Special Education and created a yoga program for kids with disabilities at the local school district, while working full-time as a Special Education teacher.&nbsp; Holly is now focused on teaching adult classes and aspires to start classes for the elderly.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Holly’s philosophy is to work with the strengths of each of her students individually at whatever their skill level happens to be.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Children's KY Class Description<br /> Children thrive in the calm and supportive environment of this Kid’s Kundalini Yoga class. They will practice their ability to concentrate, strengthen and stretch their bodies, and develop a clear understanding of the breath and body together. This yoga will enhance growth in areas of motor development, balance and coordination, self-esteem, self awareness and spatial orientation. Holly’s honest and compassionate style allows children to feel safe and inspired to take risks and to change behaviors which are not conducive to a respectful environment.</p>
