Patvider Kaur - I teach kundalini yoga and popularise corporate yoga - yoga classes in the workplace. I have completed kundalini yoga 1st and 2nd degree teacher training courses certified by KRI- Kundalini Research Institute, and 21 Stages of Meditation. I also conduct: relaxation sessions in the sound of gong and Tibetan bowls , meditation courses, meditation meetings, women's circles.

I am a Level 1 Professional Trainer ( ATA). I organise yoga Level 1 and 2 teacher training courses with the i-SKY school. I teach techniques of breath work, meditation, relaxation.
