Prem Rajdevi Kaur (Alaina M. Willis)

I have a 200 year yoga alliance certification from Yandara in Baja MX to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga in June 2018. I have taught vinyasa and yin classes to small groups of high school teachers and high school students (separately). I completed my Kundalini level 1 teacher training on May 5, 2019. I have completed 2 modules of the level 2 training.

I have been a classroom teacher for 30 years in preschool, elementary, middle school and high school. I currently teach kindergarten in Montebello.
