Providing Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for ~25 years. Privileged to have trained with Gurucharan Singh Khalsa and Mahan Singh Khalsa and with Yogi Bhajan for Women's Camp and Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa for Prenatal Yoga.
Wonderful modern day technology and ancient art to transform our state of consciousness and maintain well being. Body/Mind/Spirit connection and alignment are byproducts of this practice. And it does require practice.
Classes are held Monday and Thursday at 9 am and Saturday at 7 am for minimally one hour; bring water bottle and meditation shawl for relaxation and no mats are required unless you are allergic to sheepskin mats provided.
