Movement and breath work to massage and wring out the solar plexus/abdominal region that tends to hold heat as Pitta (fire element) increases in summer.
We will practice cooling, self-referencing poses and breath work to strengthen our nervous system and focus on clearing:
- Lungs and Bloodstream
- Liver, Colon and Stomach
- Lymph System
- Kidneys
Experience this Yoga of Awareness; an uplifting blend of asana poses, breath work, mudra, mantra and meditation.
