About

Echo Heart Studio is a place to step away from the bustle of the city, to be immersed in an organic urban homestead garden space and to practice Kundalini yoga. Mickele Lorusso founded the studio in 2018 as a place for friends and co-workers to practice, and in 2019 has opened the studio to the general public. Classes combine yoga with art and are followed by a meal or tea from the garden. Come join us for regular Sunday evening classes at 6pm, or stay posted for additional classes and workshops.
