International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association

Jai Premdeep Kaur is the local organizer in Lehi, Utah for White Tantric Yoga. She teaches Kundalini Yoga at Brick Canvas in Lehi, Utah on Monday nights at 8-9 pm. She participates and leads an early morning sadhana with a group of dedicated Kundalini Yogis. Jai Premdeep is currently an Intern in the Aquarian Teacher Academy. Her passion is uplifting others and building a community where all feel welcome.
