I am a holistic therapist based in Greenwich, London. A Solicitor by background and a communications professional, my private practice today is devoted to improving and optimising our way of every-day life through art, yoga, meditation, and talking therapy. I am Scottish by birth, into an army/medical family background, with experience living, travelling and working internationally. London has been my home for the last 25 years. My whole life has been inspired and guided by the therapies I use today to support and uplift others. With continuous personal development, I believe in a holistic approach to achieving the best possible experience of living life as human beings, for the short and special time we have on earth, by examining what it is that motivates each one of us to achieve this, exploring the journey that takes us there and beyond, and working through challenges along the way.
