I found yoga after I hit a bottom emotionally, physically and spiritually in 2012. I choose to pick myself up, choose life and walk through the fire of recovery. Yoga became my physical medicine as I learned how to live a sober life. I was close to signing up for teacher trainings plenty of times, but something always held me back, until I went to my first Kundalini Class in 2018. I knew by the end of that class that I would become a teacher, for Kundalini had a beautiful combination of spirit, movement, creativity and awareness to it.
Outside the studio, I wear plenty of hats in my life: An artist, a coach as well as a facilitator. My art includes a self-produced tarot deck, fine art mixed media pieces, photography, graphic design, poetry and book making. As a coach and facilitator, I work with people to have their own journey of transformation - as I work with them in the contexts of manifestation, emotional intelligence, embodiment, relationship and leadership.
