Stacey Cook, Owner of Soulshine Inner Wellness - ​Stacey’s journey began searching for ways to reduce her own stress, she was introduced to Yoga and Guided Meditation by a friend and immediately fell in love! She has always been an advocate for holistic healing approaches, she is a KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) and YIN Yoga Certified Instructor .She is also an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Indian Head Massage Therapist and studied Holistic Healthcare. Being passionate for all things holistic and metaphysical, and now with her love of yoga, she wanted share her passion and excitement with others by bringing a Wellness Center to the NEPA area. Who is she and what does Soulshine Inner Wellness have to offer? She is like the others who are small businesses, locally owned, independent shops run by eclectic team members. At Soulshine they offer yoga classes at all levels, whether you are new to yoga or looking to intensify your practice. You are welcome to immerse yourself in the traditions of yoga, sprinkled with divine inspiration, infused with music. Take time to reconnect your heart center and let your soul shine!
