
I am a mother to two boys, wife, business owner, certified in various subtle and physical healing modalities, and certified kundalini teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan. I transitioned into motherhood to Levi and River. My personality changed; I became distant from everyone. I started spacing out and began having trouble doing things that used to be easy for me. These symptoms triggered me to do whatever possible to get back to my old happy self. My encounter with kundalini yoga and meditation in 2011, led me to study extensively with my teacher Priya to learn the art and science of kundalini.
