Biography: 

Kimberley has been a student of yoga since 1998. Kundalini Yoga found a special place in her heart which prompted her desire to learn, teach and share its benefits. In 2017, Kimberley was given her spiritual name Terajot Kaur which means "to bring into the light" and completed her 200 hour IKYTA Level One certification at Radiance Yoga in Alexandria. Kimberley (Terajot) trained with Gurudass Kaur, Kartar Singh, Sat Kartar Singh, Masuda Mohamadi/Jai Preet, Gurunater Kaur Khalsa and Raviinder Khalsa.

Kimberley (Terajot) teaches at Grow Yoga Studio in North Beach, MD on Mondays at 7:00pm.
