I have many years of experience in the corporate world, fashion industry to be specific. I have a masters degree in business leadership, currently completing an honours degree in psychology with the intention of becoming a therapist. I have danced professionally for many years, belly dancing and currently spanish flamenco. I love all things spiritual and have been trained in various healing modalities. I am a practising Buddhist. Now I have found my home in kundalini yoga......feeling blessed beyond any words can convey. Love sharing this passion for the sacred knowledge and kriya.
