Kelsea is a Kundalini Meditation and Yoga Teacher, a Spinal Energetics and Transpersonal Body/Mind/Energy Practitioner, a Holographic Sound Healer, and a Spiritual Life and Business Coach. She has been practicing various forms of Yoga, meditation, and energy work for the last 27 years and has a passionate calling for the healing arts.
In addition to her healing work, Kelsea has a background in real estate, having been a successful businesswoman in that field for 25 years. Her own disciplined practice has given her a wider window of tolerance for life's interactions and challenges, and she is inspired to help others tap into their own infinite selves to become better humans, teachers, professionals, parents, and community leaders.
Kelsea's work is designed to open the heart, strengthen the nervous system, and let the infinite driver be the master over the mind.
