On the beautiful Sunshine Coast, in joyful harmony with the natural beauty to calm the spirit and inspire potential; I gratefully accept the call to serve and to offer Kundalini yoga classes and Aquarian Sadhana as taught by Yogi Bhajan. I have been practising Kundalini yoga and meditations for over 20 years and the power of this sacred technology has been transformative in my life. Teaching and sharing is an honour and a blessing.
