Gurucharan Singh’s relationship with Kundalini Yoga began 1972 in the New Orleans, LA Ashram. When he moved to Pomona for residential teacher training in 1973, he stayed to work with KRI doing everything from collating Journals of Science and Consciousness, administrating community programs for at risk youth, transcribing and editing Yogi Bhjan's lectures and more. At the direction of the Siri Singh Sahib, he got his PhD in Clinical Psychology from International College in 1988. His dissertation was a Descriptive Study of the 3HO Lifestyle. He served on the KRI board in the 1980’s while head of the Guru Ram Das Ashram in Long Beach, CA. A practicing psychotherapist since the late 1970's, he has taught in private practice, community mental health, hospitals, a federal prison and non-profits, as Kundalini Yoga Teacher, psychotherapist, supervisor, trainer & in executive management. Currently, Gurucharan is on the KRI Board, affiliated with InnerWorks Wellness Center in Upland, CA and a Lead Trainer/Mentor in the Aquarian Teacher's Academy; now a certified Yoga therapist through IAYT. For the last 30+ years, he has worked to fully integrate The Teachings of Yogi Bhajan with modern psychology. This shows up in his teaching and in his life. I Love 3H0!
