
Christina "Taran Inder Kaur" Caceres: is a vinyasa and kundalini yoga instructor, and a student of tantra yoga., also a mother, nu age/ mantra singer, songwriter, dancer and artist. Christina is an eternal student, loves traveling, collaborating with other musicians and artists, being in the mountains, near the sea as well as walking through a rain forest and getting to know a new city and their people.
She started practicing and studying yoga 9 years ago and it became a strengthening force in her life and an agent for personal change. She has been the yoga director of several spaces in New York such as the Golden Drum, Otion Front and the Body Actualized Center. She teaches classes throughout the week in Bushwick as well as workshops, sings mantra and ethereal music performances. Christina's vinyasa class incorporates meditation, mantra, and devotion and draws influence from Krishnamacharya's hatha/vinyasa krama style.
A graduate of the Yoga to the People NYC a Yoga Alliance Certified School with a 200hr teaching certificate and also a 200hr Level One certified kundalini teacher as a certified member of IKYTA the (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association). She completed her kundalini teacher training at Kundalini Yoga East NYC. A board member of the Shanti Yoga Ashram U.S.A the classical tantra program under the direction of Guru Yogi Prakash from Nepal. She now teaches throughout the week in Bushwick at her home studio Daya Yoga Studio and at Otion Front Studio a dance, yoga and performance art space.

Kundalini yoga came into her life during her first yogic training, where she realized the need to connect to the mother of all yoga to deepen her own spiritual awareness, and knowledge. She is happy to share this beautiful practice as taught by Yogi Bhajan and honored to a part of the Golden Chain in this lifetime.
Christine's vinyasa class incorporates meditation, mantra, and devotion and draws influence from Krishnamacharya's hatha/vinyasa krama style. Her classes focus on breath control (pranayama), the connectedness to breath and movement, a moving meditation as you flow and move through your asana which include standing, inversions, balancing and restorative poses.
She is a mother, artits, singer. and also a life student of quantum mysticism and the interconnectedness of all.
