I am also certified through the Radiant Child Yoga Program, Brain Gym, Khalsa Way Prenatal, Next Generation, Yogakids, as well as being a Reiki practitioner and birth doula.

With a work history including professional employment as an actress, dancer, and massage therapist, I have created a workshop for adults called "Leave Your Grownup at the Door", which includes the format of a children's kundalini class, utilizing cooperative theater games, kundalini yoga, dance, celestial communication, meditation, art, and foot massages during deep relaxation. A perfect fit for team building, teacher enrichment days, or therapeutic letting go!!! In addition, I am currently teaching Kundalini throughout Saratoga to children as well as adults and pursuing a ministerial career through the Church of Religious Science, an embracing, inclusive community of people from all walks of life, interested in creating a world that works for all of us!
