Pat Barone (Kavita Kaur) is the daughter of a Native American alcoholic and a southern belle food addict. At times, she often thought addiction was the only way to live. But, she healed her own addiction and loves sharing what she’s learned using the technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. She is a Master Credentialed Coach and a Soul Awareness Healer.
