I've started practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2012 and became a certified level 1 teacher in 2014. I currently reside in Saint Petersburg Florida and Teach Kundalini Yoga there every Sunday @ Peace Of Yoga (http://www.peace-of-yoga.com/) also I've recently started teaching at a juvenile center in my community every Monday through a seva outreach program. I love teaching, learning and seeing how the technology of Kundalini Yoga transform people.
