
Living with her family on a farm in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada running a Landscape Gardening Business and a Native Plant Nursery for 40 years Susan feels a deep connection with the earth.
Practiced Hatha Yoga and Nia for over 15 years and trained in Mindfulness Meditation in 2009.
Susan loves to travel and learn new things. Introduced to Kundalini Yoga by a friend in 2013, She Fell in love with the practice.
Sat Akal Kaur, completed Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level One, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, at PranaShanti Yoga Studio in Ottawa, under Devinder Kaur, in May 2015.
Sat Akal completed Level Two in January 2018 to become a Kundalini Yoga Practitioner.
Participating 21 Stages of Meditation home study. Much of her advanced study was completed with Gurucharan Singh Khalsa and Sat Dharam Kaur Khalsa ND
In March 2018, completed 8 day immersion into SuperHealth with Mukta Kaur Khalsa at Guru Ram Das Hacienda, Espanolia, New Mexico.
Now Certified to teach SuperHealth.
