Sat Kirtin is an uplifting and compassionate instructor dedicated to sharing with her students the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits available through the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Sat Kirtin is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) having completed her 220-hr Level 1 Teacher Training through the Kundalini Research Institute in June of 2014. She received her training from Deva Kaur of Coral Springs whose teacher was Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga to the West in 1969. Sat Kirtin feels that sharing these ancient teachings is the greatest gift she can give, and is humbled and honored to be a link in the golden chain of teachers.
