Biography:
Red Doors Studio was founded in 2015 and offers calm in the city, a place to rejuvenate and recharge using the sound of the largest meditation gong collection in Asia, walking labyrinths and kundalini yoga. Regular gong baths for full and new moon, gong training workshops and all night pujas. Scheduled kundalini classes, meditations, and private, group and corporate sessions on request. Work regularly with cancer survivors, special needs families, schools and executives. Recently named 'HK's best kept secret' by HK City LUXE guide. Paramgian kaur is a long time resident of Hong Kong, previous management consultant and founder of the Yoga Society of Hong Kong and Namaskar Magazine.
