Jasnam kuar/ Angel studied and practiced shooting and Zen in the very early ages. During the five years as the shooting athletes, she had broken the record of the Asian Youth Shooting, had couple of champions in the world competitions and national competition. She had been awarded the highest honor as the national athlete in China。Later on she had had followed the world famous masters from different schools, as well as spreading the western and eastern culture, becoming a channel of it。 she had been teaching and learning yoga as well as all kinds of meditation courses around the world. Furthermore she is the first kundalini teacher in Guangdong province. Meanwhile she is a gong hearer, singing bow hearer, conscious pregnancy yoga teacher, level two kundalini yoga teacher and associate trainer in KRI. She is technical expert of Guinness World record of couple yoga. She is also good at Tea artist, hand diagnose and classical acupuncture.
