I was born and raised on Norfolk Island, a 1000 miles east of Australia in the South Pacific. Growing up on an island as remote and beautiful as Norfolk, I was raised with a deep appreciation for nature and its inherent harmony, grace, balance, peace, joy and beauty. Today, those qualities continue to act as my foundation in both life and teaching.
I discovered my love for yoga and its uplifting effects in 2004. Since that point in time I have continued to deepen my practice, allowing it to integrate into every aspect of my life. This journey has led me throughout the world, eventually bringing me to study Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh at Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles, CA. This is where I received my Kundalini Yoga certification through IYKTA, in compliment to a Yin Yoga teacher training I had previously completed with Semperviva's Bernie Clark. I am also a certified Khalsa Way Prenatal teacher. Today I practice and teach in Victoria.
My Kundalini classes are always loving, supportive and light-hearted and are open to ALL levels and ages. We ride a wave that allows one to experience a vast array… peace, centering, courage, challenge, strength, energy, playfulness, joy and surrender.
I am very blessed to practice with the blossoming Victoria community. Welcome and Wahe Guru!
