My journey started in the mid 90's where I was living a hectic life in London. One day a friend of mine asked if I wanted to come to yoga with her. Why not - I answered... not knowing that this would be a life-changing experience.

My first Kundalini Yoga class was with Shiv Charan Singh in his house on his living room floor. When I walked into his house I was busy in my head with all sorts of things and couldn't find ease being in my body.
When I left his house 1,5 hours I was a changed person for the first time ever, I had arrived "home".
