Amanda Friel, RYT- 200, RCYT Registered Children's Yoga Teacher,Early Childhood Educator, IET & EFT Master Practitioner.
Amanda is the founder of Ray of Light Healing and Yoga in Tralee Co. Kerry.
where she teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
She completed her International Teacher Training Level 1, in 2010 with Sada Sat Kaur and Sada Sat Singh in Ireland. From 2007 to 2009, Amanda studied with Contemporary Yoga Ireland, studying "Journey through the Chakras" and Yoga Teacher Training.
Amanda has attended other yoga workshops including Scaravelli Yoga, Ivengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
Committed to continuing professional development, Amanda has studied modules Authentic Relationships, Conscious Communications KRI approved (level 2- part 500 hour teacher training) . She dedicates her life to attending various workshops, seminars, training to continue to bring more skills and added benefits to children, and families of all abilities.
She has completed training with Mukta Kaur Khalsa Superhealth: A Yogi science to break habits and addictive behaviours. She has also attended workshops with Sat Santokh Singh: Healing the wounds of life.
Amanda also weaves together her love for angels and yoga and has launched her own unique style of Angelic Yoga.

Amanda Nam Kirin Kaur has completed level 3 Body, heart, soul Radiant Child Programme. She has also studied with Teachasana and Mini Me Yoga. She holds a certificate in Kindermusik (ages 0-7).
She has completed all levels (1 to 3) of Shakta Kaur Khalsa Radiant Child Program. She also holds a certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (Distinction Level 6) with Advance Montessori, Childcare Supervisor and Additional Needs.
Amanda is garded vetted through Barnardos Ireland, and holds a certificate in Child Protection, Welfare and Safety and Paediatric First Aid.
Amanda is a certified Master Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy, Positive and Energy EFT (Tapping), Essence of Angels and Divine Essence Crystal Healing Practitioner. She specialises in EFT for Children, EFT for Stress Relief, Angelic and Crystal EFT. She has also completed a Certificate in Creative Expression and Emotional Development.
Amanda Nam Kirin Kaur, teaches with her heart and found her true love when she found kundalini yoga and the Radiant Child Yoga Programme, allowing her to combine her love of yoga and children!
