Ruby Amarsharan Wong's creator of BREATHE HAWAII LIFE, based on Kundalini Yoga, is the core foundation of her work as a certified Wellness Navigator. In 1997, She was given 'Amarsharan Kaur' at Yogi Bhajan's feet in India. The name has to lead her into her destiny. She has lived on Maui since 1984 and has been teaching yoga and meditation and facilitating local and global retreats and workshops for over 20 years.
Ruby's extensive background and experience contribute to the integration and transformation of Kundalini Yoga and meditation students and participants in her workshops and retreats. She takes each individual deeply inside themselves and beyond all other exercises. Her classes create a sacred space that combines her love for the healing arts with the patience and awareness unique to the experience of feminine beauty.
An Avatar master since 2003, she applies the Avatar principles to her work and passion by supporting you to excel and claim your destiny, become who you are, and relish in your authentic self. Ruby provides diverse and comprehensive services for transforming one's health and well-being through her dynamic infusion of offerings. She has developed life-changing programs for the public and private sectors.
Ruby also supports her students by facilitating the Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.) The art of "letting go" is the basis of successful living and thriving life. This powerful tapping technique to relax and renew also releases past mistakes, relationships, traumas, and old feelings of regret.
In addition, her guided Yoga Nidra Meditation can heal psychological wounds and bring immediate physical benefits such as reduced stress and better sleep. It can create a profound sense of joy and well-being as a meditation practice.
Ruby is a cancer survivor, certified oncology patient navigator. Her calling is to help cancer patients and survivors, and families get the proper support and resources and a positive attitude to go through their healing journey. She offers individualized assistance to overcome barriers to wellness.
She also holds certifications and licenses in Reiki, Fitness Training and is a cosmetologist.
Ruby was raised in Hong Kong with the heritage of Chinese and Norwegian ancestors.
