My name is Padmani Kaur. One of my goals in life is to live with an attitude of gratitude daily! I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan for 16 years, teaching for 12 of them. My greatest love is sharing this science. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve the Lancaster County yoga community for 9 years. My adventure continues in Espanola, NM!
