I'm a Finnish Yoga Teacher, Writer and Filmmaker. I made a long spiritual journey throughout the USA in 2000-2006. During these years I lived in New York, Florida, California, Colorado and New Mexico studying with teachers from different spiritual paths. In 2004 I attended to the Master's Touch Teacher Training in New Mexico. Now I live in Espoo, Finland. I'm a founder and CEO of a Kundalini Yoga School in Helsinki.
