I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga in Perth since early 1998, and I began my Level One Teacher Training in London in 1997.

I have completed five Level Two modules being Authentic Relationships, Conscious Communication, Lifecycles and Lifestyles, Mind and Meditation, and Vitality and Stress, together with The 21 Stages of Meditation.

My commitment is to serve with gratitude the teachings and practice of Kundalini Yoga and pass on this transforming and elevating yogic technology.

I am a Professional Trainer with the Aquarian Academy under the mentorship of GuruJivan Kaur of Melbourne who is a Lead Teacher Trainer in Australia.

In addition, I am an AHPRA and CMBA Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture.
