I am a traveling Kundalini Yoga teacher, currently teaching at White Wolf Dancing and Holistic Healing and Energy Center; will be adding new locations soon.

I have been teaching for almost 20 years, specializing in Women’s classes.  I am also a Certified Facilitator of  the KY program “Excel & Celebrate: Sacred  Circles of Women”.  I have taught both Chakra and Breath classes and workshops.  I am also certified in Chair Yoga.   

I am a Red Tent facilitator, as well as a Certified Women’s Empowerment Coach through Imagine A Woman International.
