HEALING CREATIVITY FOR YOUR DAILY PRACTICE AND TEACHING

Each session of this series will begin with a Kundalini Yoga Meditation or practice followed by a guided art experience. Session One will focus on Kundalini yoga techniques to enhance creative flow so you can create effortlessly and intuitively. Session Two will explore how art & yoga can help you work effectively with difficult emotions or relationships. Session Three will look at simple but profound creative arts exercises you can add to a kundalini yoga class or workshop you teach.

Hari Kirin is the author of Art & Yoga: Kundalini Awakening in Everyday Life and has been quoted in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, Resurgence and Spirituality & Health magazines as an expert on yoga & creativity. She is a full-time artist and creative arts coach dedicated to supporting each individual's unique path to healing, freedom, and joy. She recently retired as a KRI Lead Trainer to meet the demand for Art & Yoga around the world. She has been a visiting lecturer at Boston University, Marlboro College, Hofstra University, Smith College, the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Maine College of Art, Kripalu and Omega. She holds an MFA in Fine Art and an MA in Creative Art Therapies.
