Love is Love. There's no condition. There's no lack. There's nothing to find and there's certainly nothing to take. Love can only be received--and given--from the fullness of the liberated heart.

Free yourself from ego, give your head, so that you can know love and share that love with all.

Transformation in the game of love requires a complete reorientation to the rules of the game. In order to truly experience love and union, we must begin by playing with a new rule book. In the West, we have been trained to look for that one person--our soul mate--who can fulfill our longing, who can give us what we believe we need or want from a relationship.

To truly love, we must first fulfill that longing within ourselves with the Infinite, the love of God. Anything less will fall short. No human being can fill that particular hole--not even a soul mate.

Then, from that fullness of love, that union within ourselves, we can begin to love whoever comes across our path. We can serve with equanimity all who come to seek solace, healing or forgiveness. We can love the enemy and the friend. We have the capacity to sacrifice for others without losing ourselves--because we've already given our head. We've already surrendered our will to the Will of the Infinite. We live in the flow of love.

How do we break out of our egocentric orientation and truly allow the other to come in so that our creativity can flower, so that our action and efforts can be fruitful and productive? How do we learn to co-operate? First, we have to be open to receiving the other; so, how exactly do we open our hearts? Kriya to Open the Heart Center and the Meditation to Open the Lock of the Heart are excellent ways to begin this lifelong process.

It takes courage and effort to open the heart. Be brave, for the open heart is a liberated heart. The open heart is boundless, without limitation or fear. The open heart loves, spontaneously.

Once our hearts are open, our own experience of Infinity, our own inner union flowers and bears the fruit of love: compassion. Once our own inner integrity is established, we can enter into relationships with others with something to give--not looking for something to take. From this inner balance we can then find balance with the other--so that the two can become one once again.

Love is Love. There's no condition. There's no lack. There's nothing to find and there's certainly nothing to take. Love can only be received--and given--from the fullness of the liberated heart. Free yourself from ego, give your head, so that you can know love and share that love with all.
